Bombay Cutting Chai
The Bombay Cutting Chai has been famous for ages for satisfying everyone. The cutting means one cup is divided into two, sometimes even into three. Ginger – Aids digestion and is effective in curing cold, flu and body aches. Cardamom – Cures indigestion and other digestive problems. Fennel – Treats digestive ailments such as bloating, gas, indigestion, and constipation. Star Anise – Helps regulate blood pressure, fight against free radicals, and helps treat digestive ailments such as bloating, gas, indigestion, and constipation.
Pure Assam CTC Tea, Ginger roots, Cardamom, Fennel Seed and Star Anise.
How to make a perfect cup of tea:
- Place 1 teaspoon or 2 gm. tea leaves in a cleaned empty pot.
- Keep the water below boiling point. Pour into the pot, and cover the pot with the lid.
- Let it brew for at least 5 minutes.
- Strain and serve.
- Preferred with/without milk.
