Belly Soothing Herbal Tea
There comes a time in all of our lives that we do something that our stomachs just can’t tolerate. Over-eat, eat too fast, eat something too greasy, eat something too nasty and sometimes even drink too many adult beverages. It happens – even a person with a healthy diet can blunder every once in a while. We like to keep this blend of herbal goodness on hand to soothe your upset tummies. A delicious blend of Green Tea, Chamomile, Ginger root, Licorice and other carminative herbs have known calm and settle the gut, while Calendula will have you enjoying each sip.

How to make a perfect cup of tea:
- Place 1 teaspoon or 2 gm. tea leaves in a cleaned empty pot.
- Keep the water below boiling point. Pour into the pot, and cover the pot with the lid.
- Let it brew for at least 5 to 6 minutes.
- Strain and serve.
- Preferred without milk.
